2026 Members Survey Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion
Belconnen Soccer Club is conducting a Members Survey to gather feedback from its members.
Eligible members who complete the survey and provide their valid Belconnen Soccer Club membership badge number will receive one entry into the prize draw to win a $500 Caltex fuel voucher.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to current financial members of Belconnen Soccer Club during the promotional period.
Entrants must provide a valid membership badge number when completing the survey.
Employees of Belconnen Soccer Club who are directly involved in the administration or conduct of the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, eligible members must:
1. Complete and submit the Belconnen Soccer Club Members Survey during the promotional period; and 2. Provide their valid Belconnen Soccer Club membership badge number as part of their survey submission.
There is a maximum of one entry per membership badge number.
Submitting the survey more than once will not provide additional entries into the prize draw. Where multiple survey responses are received using the same membership badge number, only one entry will be included in the prize draw.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Prize
There is one prize consisting of a:
$500 Caltex fuel voucher
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Any conditions imposed by the issuer of the fuel voucher will also apply to its use.
5. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their Belconnen Soccer Club membership or provided as part of the survey.
Belconnen Soccer Club may verify the winner’s membership badge number and eligibility before awarding the prize.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or does not claim the prize within the timeframe advised by the Club, Belconnen Soccer Club may conduct a redraw.
6. Survey Responses and Privacy
Survey responses will be used by Belconnen Soccer Club to better understand member experiences, preferences and feedback and to help inform future Club services, facilities, activities and communications.
Membership badge numbers and contact information collected as part of the promotion will also be used to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility and contact the winner.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Belconnen Soccer Club’s applicable privacy practices.
7. General
Belconnen Soccer Club reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, invalid, fraudulent or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
If the promotion cannot proceed as intended due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of Belconnen Soccer Club, the Club may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
By entering the promotion, members agree to these terms and conditions.
