2026 Kia Promotion Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

1. Entry to participate is open to all current financial members of The Belconnen Soccer Club with the following exceptions:

a) The applicant, organiser or beneficiary of the draw and their employees or contractors

b) The owner/occupiers of any venues used for the conduct of the draw and their employees and contractors whilst performing their venue related duties

c) The organisation conducting the draw and their employees and contractors

d) Persons under the age of 18 years

e) Barred, Suspended and self-excluded member of the Club; and

f) Intoxicated persons

2. The tickets will start Thursday 27th August 2026 and will conclude Thursday 29th of October 2026.

3. First draw will be on the 3rd of September 2026,

4. The draw will take place every Thursday and Sunday from 7PM.

5. Tickets are obtained by swiping your membership card at the bar or Kiosk machine at the front of the club, or by inserting your card in the poker machines while playing.

6. Double Tickets – 11:30am-1:30pm everyday & 7-PM-9PM Sunday and Monday only

7. Tickets will automatically print at the bar and into the barrel in the gaming area. All tickets will be placed in the barrel by the staff before the first draw.

8. At the end of the last draw every Sunday the remaining tickets will be removed from the barrel for the next weeks draw.

9. The winning Member will be announced on the Clubs PA System

10. Only the member is eligible to claim the prize

11. If the member is not present, we will keep redrawing until there is a member present.

12. 29th Of October all members who won an entry will be in the elimination draw for the 2026 Kia Stonic. There will be 10x members who will be eliminated from the random number generator on the big screen, final 12x members will have a key that they will chose from the order that they have been drawn from the start (3rd of September) 6x locks will open, the other 6x will not, if your lock opens you are into the next stage, final 6x members will have a choice in boxes, 1 in 6 chance there will be the car key, in order from the 3rd of September they will then get the chance of choosing a box, 5x boxes will be empty, 1x box will have the car key,

13. Participants must be a current financial member and present to claim their prize. It is the participants’ responsibility to make a winning claim. If a claim is not made after at least two separate announcements, a late claim will not be recognised

14. All participants will have an equal chance of winning

15. All prizes are offered on an ‘as is’ basis

16. In the event of a dispute, management’s decision is final

17. Clarification of issues arising from these rules should be discussed with the staff of the organiser, the Club Duty Manager or addressed to The Lotteries Officer, The ACT Gambling and Racing Commission,
